Annual Meeting Notice

ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

November 5th, 2010

The Hidden Cove Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold their annual meeting on Monday, November 22, 2010 at the above stated time and place. The purpose of the meeting is to review financial information, answer questions regarding the association and elect five members to the Board of Directors.

Nominations will be taken from the floor and candidates will have an opportunity to introduce themselves at the meeting.

As a quorum is required for the meeting, a proxy is enclosed in the event you are unable to attend. Please give your proxy to a Board member or to a neighbor who is planning to attend or send it to Community Management Association per the instructions at the bottom of the proxy.

In order to assist your preparations for the meeting we have also included the 2011 Budget. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.

We have ended our service with Community Club Management (CCM) and will now be serviced by Community Management Associates, Inc. (CMA.)
