Reminder: Open HOA Board Positions

Reminder: Water Meter Installation and Apex Account Set-up (This Week)
To: Hidden Cove Homeowners

Re: Water Meter Installation and Apex Account Set-up
Date: September 12, 2011
You were notified several weeks ago that Apex Billing Solutions would be on the property beginning September 12th - 16th to install individual water meters to each unit. You were also told that Apex will need access to your exterior storage closet and we requested that you leave both your white fence (if applicable) and your exterior storage closet unlocked the entire week of September 12th. Please let this letter serve as a reminder for this.
If you are out of town on these dates and/or unable to unlock their property, so we request that you email the HOA (hiddencovehoa@yahoo.com) as soon as possible if you will not be able to accommodate this request on your designated day. We will work with you to ensure your installation is complete in a timely manner.
As a reminder, your account with Apex Billing Solutions will automatically be set up based on a homeowner listing provided by the Association. When all of the meters are installed, an initial reading will be taken. Then another reading will be taken in 30 days. This establishes your usage. You will receive your first bill around the end of November. Apex will always bill in arrears since they bill for actual usage. If you ever have any questions about your account, you can call Apex directly at 1-866-281-3977 or 706-257-9830. Please note that regardless of whether you live in your home or not the legal owner of the unit will need to be the name on the water account. Renters do not have the authority to set up an account. This is an Apex requirement and no exceptions can be made.
If you do not receive emails from the HOA yahoo account then we do not have your email address. To ensure you receive emails please send us your email address at hiddencovehoa@yahoo.com. We will also provide updates to the financial situation at our monthly meetings. For questions, concerns or issues during this process please email hiddencovehoa@yahoo.com.
