August HOA Board Meeting

Neighbors,

During our July HOA meeting, it came to the Board's attention that there are still ongoing concerns regarding the quality of support from CMA. We changed property managers (from Victoria to Trish) several months ago to address this concern and had hoped it would get better. But, if it didn't then the Board needs to understand more about the continuing problems and assess further options for a permanent resolution.

Our August HOA meeting is scheduled for Tuesday August 30th and will be a time for all homeowners to come together and discuss this specific issue. We anticipate more people than we can accomodate at Panera Bread so we will schedule a conference room at a nearby hotel and send out a separate email soon with that information.

In the meantime, feel free to email us your specific issues and if they require research we will have CMA provide input before the meeting and use that information for our discussion. Additionally, if you have ideas or suggestions on how to resolve the ongoing problems you can email them to us or bring them to the meeting.

Please note that HOA meetings are private and not open for attendance by anyone other than a legal homeowner of the community. If you can not attend we kindly request that you ask us for meeting minutes.
